Raw Honey

Perfectly balanced, light and floral, our honey is produced in central Alberta amongst the meadows and forests of Parkland County. The bees collect the nectar from the abundant sweet clover, alfalfa and wildflowers to produce this classic honey. It is unpasteurized and unfiltered to retain its natural flavours and nutrition.

Available in both liquid and creamed variety.

All unpasteurized/raw honey will granulate over time, turning white and solid. This is the natural process of raw honey from prairie flowers. If you would like to liquify it again, just place it in hot water and it will slowly 'melt' back to liquid. Don't overheat it though or it will lose its nutrition and flavour.
