Bee Propolis Tincture

Bee propolis has been used since antiquity as a herbal remedy for respiratory illness, sore throats, mouth sores, wounds, burns, ulcers and more. It is a natural resinous mixture composed of tree sap (especially poplar and spruce in our area), waxes, essential oils, pollen, and many other organic compounds from plants. Also known as 'bee glue', bees use it to seal cracks within the hive and maintain an aseptic environment. 

Propolis has many antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antioxidant, and immune boosting properties. Excellent to have on hand for our long Alberta winters to combat cold and flu season!

This bee propolis tincture is handmade in small batches by distilling our raw propolis with alcohol to create a light and flavourful concoction.
